Adjust the water content of screw press through the back pressure plate

 

screw press is used to treat sludge and is one of solid-liquid separation equipment.

Screw press back pressure plate clearance setting:

Reduce the water content - increase the pressure in the reactor machine by reducing the gap between the back pressure plates, thereby reducing the water content.

Increase the water content - reduce the pressure in the reactor body by increasing the gap between the back pressure plates, and then increase the water content.

Note: Please do not adjust the back pressure plate clearance to less than 4mm. The smaller the back pressure plate clearance is, the lower the water content of mud cake is, but it will also impose a great burden on the screw press, resulting in faster wear of vulnerable parts.
